Job Summary
In this role you will support customer experience by accurately processing and approving teller transactions, share digital solutions with customers, and introduce them to bankers; perform routine to moderately complex transactional and operational tasks; assist the Branch Manager with scheduling and operations; resolve teller-line issues under policy guidance; provide excellent service by building relationships, guiding customers to appropriate banking solutions, and identifying financial needs; and motivate a diverse team to achieve business objectives while upholding risk controls and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service and issue resolution support experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
