Job Summary

Coordinate branch operations and support customer experience by accurately processing teller transactions, guiding customers to digital solutions, and assisting bankers. Support the Branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling, resolve daily teller-line issues, escalate when needed, and ensure adherence to policies. Serve customers and employees, identify financial needs, educate on mobile banking options, and motivate the team to meet business objectives while maintaining compliance and risk controls.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service and issue resolution support experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
  • Cash handling experience
  • Ability to provide strong customer service while listening and resolving issues
  • Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and mobile banking options
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and employees
  • Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss
  • Well-organized, independent and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to exercise judgment and adhere to policy guidelines
  • Knowledge of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
