Job Summary
Process and approve teller transactions, share digital solutions, and make introductions to bankers while minimizing risks under established policies. Perform routine to moderately complex transactional, operational, and customer support tasks efficiently, resolving daily operations issues for the teller line under regional management direction. Support the Branch manager with operational tasks and scheduling, and assist customers and employees in escalating concerns or complaints. Identify information to meet customer financial needs and motivate the team to achieve business objectives. Work a schedule that may include most Saturdays in Hodgkins, IL.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service and issue resolution support experience
- Ability to work a schedule that may include most Saturdays
- Knowledge and understanding of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
- Ability to exercise judgment, raise questions to management, and adhere to policy guidelines
- Ability to identify potential fraud/risky accounts and take appropriate action to prevent loss
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information and comprehending customer issues
- Ability to educate and connect customers to technology and share the value of mobile banking options
