Job Summary

Branch Operations Coordinator role responsible for supporting customer experience through accurate teller transaction processing and digital-solution introductions, completing operational tasks within policy, assisting the Branch Manager with scheduling, resolving teller-line issues, and providing excellent service by building relationships and guiding customers to appropriate banking solutions. The position requires cash handling, awareness of retail compliance and risk controls, ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, and the capability to motivate a diverse team to meet business objectives. Regular Saturday work is possible in this role.

Required Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer service and issue resolution support experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education
  • Cash handling experience
  • Well-organized, independent and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge and understanding of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
  • Ability to exercise judgment and adhere to policy guidelines
  • Ability to interact with integrity and professionalism with customers and employees
