Job Summary
Branch Operations Coordinator responsible for supporting customer experience by accurately processing teller transactions, promoting digital solutions, and connecting customers with bankers. Performs routine to moderately complex operational and customer support tasks, assists the Branch Manager with scheduling and office operations, and helps resolve teller-line issues under policy guidance. Delivers excellent service by building relationships, identifying financial needs, and guiding customers to appropriate products and services. Requires strong customer service skills, ability to educate customers on mobile banking, integrity and professionalism in interactions, awareness of potential fraud/risky accounts, cash handling experience, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Motivates a diverse team to achieve business objectives while adhering to risk management and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service and issue resolution support experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
