Job Summary

Join Wells Fargo as a Branch Operations Coordinator to enhance customer experience and support operational activities in the National Branch Network. You will engage with customers, manage transactions, and assist the Branch manager while ensuring compliance with established policies.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of customer service and issue resolution experience or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications

  • Bilingual speaking and listening proficiency in Chinese/English
  • Cash handling experience
  • Knowledge and understanding of retail compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
  • Relevant military experience including working in personnel benefits management, processing military personnel orders or transitions, wartime readiness operations, human resources, or military recruiting
