Job Summary
Deliver HVAC and refrigeration parts to customers while assisting with truck loading, unloading, and route adherence. Perform daily vehicle maintenance inspections, verify fuel levels, and report order issues or shortages to the manager. Execute quality control on outgoing inventory by inspecting pick lists and serial numbers, then support counter sales by writing, pulling, and completing orders. Maintain warehouse organization through stocking, cleaning, and sanitizing restrooms during rotation shifts, while operating forklifts and pallet jacks in compliance with safety protocols and preferred work methods.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of a High School Diploma
- 1-year warehouse operations experience
- customer service experience
- knowledge of local driving routes
- Employee must pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to maintain a valid driver's license
- Clean Motor Vehicle/Driving Record
- Must be able to communicate well with others
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Computer knowledge including MS Office applications
- Basic typing/10-key skills
- Must be a minimum of 20 years old
- Basic math skills
- Ability to speak, read and write English
- Keep and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Forklift Training/Experience

- Ability to travel and cover other branches as needed (mileage reimbursement)
