Job Summary
Deliver HVAC and refrigeration parts to customers while assisting with truck loading, unloading, and route adherence. Perform daily vehicle maintenance inspections, verify fuel levels, and report order issues or shortages to the manager. Conduct quality control on outgoing inventory by checking pick lists and serial numbers, then load customer orders and support counter sales functions including writing, pulling, and completing orders. Maintain warehouse organization through stocking, cleaning, and sanitizing restrooms and counter areas during rotation shifts. Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely while following preferred work methods and wearing proper PPE. Travel to cover other branches as needed with mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1-year warehouse operations experience
- customer service experience
- knowledge of local driving routes
- pass a pre-employment drug screen
- valid driver's license
- Clean Motor Vehicle/Driving Record
- ability to communicate well with others
- ability to handle multiple tasks
- Computer knowledge including MS Office applications
- Basic typing/10-key skills
- minimum of 20 years old
- Basic math skills
- ability to speak, read and write English
- Keep and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Forklift Training/Experience
