Job Summary
Oversee daily operations across all branches to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards. Set performance goals and monitor KPIs including sales targets, customer satisfaction, and cost control. Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance evaluations while hiring, training, and mentoring branch managers. Develop business strategies to increase productivity and profitability, resolve operational issues, and monitor inventory levels. Coordinate cross-functionally with HR, Marketing, and Finance to prepare performance reports for senior management. Lead new branch launches and ensure smooth integration. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5–7 years of multi-branch retail experience, with frequent travel.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 5–7 years of experience in multi-branch operations or retail management
- Proven leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of customer service, operational processes, and financial principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to travel frequently between branches
- Proficiency in MS Office and branch management systems (POS, ERP)
