Job Summary
Lead branch operations under the Branch Manager to ensure accurate customer transactions, adherence to policies and regulatory requirements, and reliable loss control and audits. Responsibilities include greeting clients, managing lobby flow, guiding clients to self-service options, promoting branch services, coordinating with the branch team to deliver exceptional service, maintaining transaction accuracy, and educating clients. The role requires leadership to educate and elevate the branch team, ability to manage cash devices (cash vault, ATM), and collaboration to build lasting client relationships while supporting branch operations and compliance. Training is required prior to placement, with travel for in-person training and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail banking experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
Desired Qualifications
- 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience
- college degree or military equivalent
