Job Summary
Lead branch operations at Chase in Chicago by partnering with the Branch Manager to deliver exceptional client experiences, manage lobby flow and transactions, and oversee cash devices (vault/ATM) while ensuring compliance, loss control, and audits. Drive client education on self-service options, build lasting relationships, and mentor the branch team to deliver accurate service and knowledge across the branch. Requires 1+ years of retail banking experience, a high school degree or GED, ability to work weekends/evenings, and completion of Branch Operations Lead Training Program with travel for in-person training.
