Branch Operation Executive

Execute daily Branch operations per Manual, manage Customer Service via RCRM, and oversee KYC POS activities. Monitor R & T activities at the Branch Level, coordinate with Sales for investor details required by operations, and handle Return Management. Ensure smooth processing of day-to-day functions while providing effective customer service and managing Investor Relations. Maintain oversight of RCRM & MIS pertaining to R & T Operations.
