Job Summary
Build the operating documentation for branch target operating models, including 24/7 phygital service standards, three-shift operations, and maker-checker controls. Own a playbook of 40+ documents as the single source of truth, keeping it current as systems and regulations change. Align every procedure with BSP MORB, PDIC, and AMLC requirements, mapping each to its regulatory basis and closing gaps. Represent branch operations during regulatory examinations and drive findings to closure. Define service standards and quality assurance metrics to ensure repeatable opening routines. Lead operational readiness for new branch and hub launches, ensuring full documentation and training sets are signed off before go-live.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in bank branch and cash operations in the Philippines
- at least one branch or network launch you personally took to go-live
- 3+ years with operating standards as your primary mandate
- SOPs, process manuals and role documentation you authored and owned
- Deep working knowledge of the BSP MORB
