Job Summary
Check in walk-in patients for appointments, re-supplies, and equipment inquiries while understanding insurance coverage criteria. Answer incoming phone calls efficiently, route and reconcile undetermined tickets, and perform daily scanning. Troubleshoot patient equipment issues in person or over the phone, schedule appointments, and operate phone systems professionally. Approach every interaction with courtesy and de-escalation skills to resolve problems. Float between surrounding office locations within a 50-mile radius as a full-time CSR. Requires typing speed of 30 wpm and strong computer skills.
