Job Summary
Provide exceptional personalized service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support team members. Manage account transactions, including account openings and transfers, while preparing documentation and maintaining accurate client records. Support marketing initiatives by planning and executing events, and actively listen for client needs that may indicate additional services. Work independently to handle scheduling, meeting preparation, and correspondence while assisting in annual business planning and strategy development. Complete comprehensive six-month training with mentorship and utilize digital tools such as MoneyGuide, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office.
