Job Summary
Provide exceptional personalized service to clients via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in-person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and develop strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support team members. Handle account opening, transfers, and transactions at the direction of financial advisors while maintaining accurate client records. Support marketing initiatives by planning and executing events, and actively listen for client needs indicating additional services. Manage administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, preparing meeting materials, and updating standard operating procedures to streamline branch processes. Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
