Job Summary
Provide clinical oversight across Complex Care packages, conduct assessments, care planning, reviews, and risk assessments. Support the mobilisation and ongoing management of new care packages while ensuring clinical governance, quality standards, and compliance requirements are maintained. Perform clinical competencies, supervisions, spot checks, and audits to guide care staff, coordinators, and branch teams. Liaise with families, healthcare professionals, commissioners, and multidisciplinary teams to monitor package performance and assist with incident investigations, safeguarding concerns, and clinical escalations. Support business growth through clinical input into new package assessments. Requires an active NMC registered nurse with complex care experience, a full UK driving licence, and hybrid working in Leeds.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse qualification (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
- Active NMC registration
- Experience within Complex Care, Community Care, or Homecare services
- Strong understanding of clinical governance and regulatory compliance
- Experience managing or supporting complex clinical packages in the community
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with operational teams
- Full UK driving licence
- Willingness to travel across the region
