Branch Member Service Representative II

Deliver exceptional member service by addressing questions, issues, and concerns promptly and professionally while accurately processing teller transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing. Build positive relationships and refer members to internal partners for mortgages, investments, and small business support. As a BMSR II, open and service all types of deposit and loan accounts, originate consumer loan applications such as auto and personal loans, and support more complex account needs. Serve as lobby lead to ensure a welcoming and efficient experience. This full-time, on-site role requires one year of branch banking experience and includes Saturday coverage.
