Job Summary
Conduct face-to-face and telephone needs-based selling for health, life, and insurance products while resolving member problems beyond expectations. Maintain accurate membership information per organizational policies and broaden business development skills within the local community. Complete one week of head office training in Sydney CBD followed by ongoing coaching to build confidence. Work 30 hours weekly, including 1-2 Saturdays monthly, with an initial four-week full-time commitment during training.
Required Qualifications

- Proven background in customer service environments

- Quick to grasp complex computer systems
- Thrives in a collaborative team environment
- Adaptable to evolving work practices and needs
- Must be available for 1 - 2 Saturday's per month from 10am - 2pm
- You will also be required to work full time for approximately 4 weeks during the initial training period
