Job Summary
Oversee daily branch operations, including cash management, transaction processing, and security protocols while ensuring regulatory compliance with the Bank Secuity Act. Drive deposit growth through consultative selling, cross-selling financial products, and developing branch-level sales strategies to meet targets. Manage and mentor branch staff, conducting performance evaluations, scheduling, and coaching on customer service best practices. Represent the bank in local community events, outreach programs, and networking opportunities to foster goodwill and expand the customer base. Work Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, with Saturday hours from 8:30am-12pm, for a 40-hour week.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-3 years of banking experience
- personal banking experience
- Must comply with applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to, the Bank Secuity Act and the requirements of the Office of Foreign Assets Control
- High level of confidentiality

- Associates or Bachelor's degree

- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
