Job Summary
Facilitate excellent customer service by leading team members by example, directing, mentoring, and delegating daily tasks. Address customer needs holistically, pairing them with the right loans and assisting with taxes while thoughtfully selling new and existing World products. Maintain strong customer relationships, build community within the branch, and foster external relationships to organically drive loan and tax business. Require a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional local travel, evenings, or weekends.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
- Must possess a valid driver's license & reliable transportation to independently transport bank deposits and fulfill other required job responsibilities
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality
- Must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
