Job Summary
Lead a branch by guiding a team to deliver customer service, manage daily tasks, match customers with loan products, and foster community relationships. Implement strategies to support, collaborate with, and leverage the strengths of the branch team while maintaining strong customer relationships and driving loan and tax business. Requires a proactive, communicative leader with a focus on customer care, team development, and community engagement; travel may be involved. Salary is $40,000-$48,000 with bonus opportunity.
