Job Summary
Branch Manager responsible for guiding customers on their financial journey, leading and mentoring a branch team, selling World Finance products to meet customer needs, and building community relationships. The role focuses on directing daily tasks, mentoring staff, addressing customer needs holistically (including loans and tax-related services), maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving branch growth through teamwork and community engagement. Strong emphasis on customer service, leadership, problem-solving, collaboration, and the ability to motivate others in a fast-paced environment.
