Job Summary

Branch Manager responsible for leading WorkSmart Staffing's Greenville branch: oversee day-to-day operations, lead and develop the recruiting team, manage client relationships, drive new business, and ensure performance against KPIs with focus on branch operations, client retention, and sales growth. Key duties include staffing team leadership, performance coaching, hiring/training recruiters, managing workers’ compensation/unemployment claims, sourcing and fulfilling job orders, budget/P&L oversight, and ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws; require strong sales and relationship-building skills, ability to negotiate pricing/agreements, and use CRM/Microsoft Office to manage pipelines and team performance. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of successful sales or business development experience, preferably in staffing or a service-based industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of leadership or branch management experience, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams
  • Strong understanding of branch operations, including compliance, financial oversight, and team development
  • Proven ability to consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office; ability to manage and track sales pipelines and team performance
