Job Summary
Negotiate and finalize formal agreements with transportation providers to ensure consistent logistics network availability. Directly manage the branch's critical needs, including facility maintenance, financial health, human resources, and technological infrastructure. Design and execute structured training programs for subordinate staff while guaranteeing accurate and on-schedule product delivery to customers. Optimize logistics and supply chain agreements to maintain flawless import/export operations and precise inventory levels. Lead the Dallas branch in overseeing all resources within a medical device manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years managing daily warehouse operations, including staff supervision and inventory control
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience using SAP Business One and Microsoft Office Suite for daily business operations
- Degree in Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering (completed or near completion)
- Strong knowledge of strategic planning, inventory management, accounting, and import/export
- Logistics - Freight Brokerage & 3PL (Non-Asset)
- Logistics - Warehousing & Fulfillment Centers
- Manufacturing - Medical Devices (Surgical/Orthopedic)
- Minimum 3 years

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, or Logistics
