Lead a Wells Fargo branch as Branch Manager in the Winston-Salem district driving sales, service, and operational excellence. Provide inclusive leadership to build and retain a high-performing team, coach to deliver tailored consumer and business solutions, and manage risk and compliance. Collaborate with internal partners across Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending to maximize customer value and branch performance. Coach, develop talent, and use branch routines to improve capability, confidence, and productivity. Identify customer needs, educate on digital options, and balance growth with risk management. Program onboarding includes the Branch Manager Readiness program with hands-on guidance, mentorship, and job shadowing. Schedule includes Saturdays and up to 50% travel within the assigned geography; not eligible for visa sponsorship. Ensure adherence to risk, compliance, and financial responsibility policies while protecting customers, employees, and the company.
