Job Summary
Branch Manager at Chase overseeing a Green Bay, WI branch. Lead and coach branch team to deliver exceptional client experiences, drive growth in deposits and investments, manage operations and risk, and foster community relationships. Responsible for setting vision, aligning with Service/Heart/Curiosity/Courage/Excellence values, leveraging the Branch Scorecard for growth, ensuring adherence to policies, and facilitating staff development. Role requires collaboration with partners and clients on technology-driven financial solutions, travel for training/meetings, and compliance with regulatory requirements including NMLS and SAFE Act. Must be able to work weekend/evening hours and maintain a strong risk and control environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management experience in Retail Banking or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- training completion: Branch Manager Training Program
- NMLS registration and SAFE Act compliance requirements for Loan Originator
