Job Summary
Manage profit and loss, inventory, and accounts receivable for assigned locations while achieving EBIT, ROIC, and ROS goals. Safeguard company assets, oversee operational procedures, and ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet service and financial demands. Build customer relationships with existing and new clients, monitor local market trends, and execute strategies to grow market share. Act as a liaison to functional leadership for problem resolution and work closely with vendors to maximize sales and profitability. Maintain compliance with government regulations and environmental health and safety standards. Requires 7+ years of experience, valid driver's license, and acceptable MVR report.
Required Qualifications
- Generally has 7+ years of experience in a related field
- This position requires operation of a company vehicle, or a personal vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 20% of the average work week
- A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with sales order computer software, Oracle preferred
- Rental Man Software Experience Preferred
- Heavy Equipment Rental Experience Preferred
- Wholesale distribution experience
- Spanish language proficiency
