Job Summary
Manage profit and loss, inventory, and accounts receivable for assigned locations while achieving EBIT, ROIC, and ROS goals. Safeguard company assets and associates by overseeing operational procedures, ensuring appropriate staffing levels, and executing strategies to grow local market share. Build customer relationships, act as a liaison for problem resolution, monitor market trends, and work with vendors to maximize sales and profitability. Ensure efficient operations through policy adherence, regulatory compliance, and environmental health and safety standards. Requires 7+ years of experience, vehicle operation over 20% of the week, and an acceptable MVR report.
Required Qualifications
- Generally has 7+ years of experience in a related field
- This position requires operation of a company vehicle, or a personal vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 20% of the average work week
- A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with sales order computer software, Oracle preferred
- Wholesale distribution experience
- Spanish language proficiency
