Job Summary
Manage assigned locations by achieving EBIT, ROIC, and ROS goals while safeguarding assets and ensuring operational excellence through strict inventory and policy adherence. Oversee staffing levels, develop sales and operations expertise via training programs, and build customer relationships to drive local market share and profitability. Act as a liaison to functional leadership for problem resolution, monitor market trends, and ensure compliance with government regulations and environmental health standards. Requires 7+ years of experience, valid MVR, and ability to operate a company vehicle over 20% of the week.
Required Qualifications
- Generally has 7+ years of experience in a related field
- This position requires operation of a company vehicle, or a personal vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 20% of the average work week
- A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with sales order computer software, Oracle preferred
- Wholesale distribution experience
- Spanish language proficiency
