Job Summary
Manage profit and loss, inventory, and accounts receivable for assigned locations while achieving EBIT, ROIC, and ROS goals. Safeguard company assets and ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet service and operational demands. Provide operational oversight, execute strategies to grow local market share, and build relationships with existing and new customers. Act as a liaison to functional leadership for problem resolution and monitor local market trends. Work closely with vendors to maximize sales and increase profitability while maintaining compliance with government regulations and environmental health and safety standards. Requires 7+ years of experience, operation of a company vehicle over 20% of the work week with an acceptable MVR, and proficiency in sales order software.
Required Qualifications
- Generally has 7+ years of experience in a related field
- This position requires operation of a company vehicle, or a personal vehicle and such operation is done consistently more than 20% of the average work week
- A requirement of this position is an acceptable MVR report
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with sales order computer software, Oracle preferred
- Wholesale distribution experience
- Spanish language proficiency
