Job Summary
Lead branch operations by driving sales growth, developing staff, and delivering exceptional customer service. Manage team performance, profitability, and customer relationships while identifying opportunities for future growth. Hold people accountable, build a positive culture, and lead from the front to achieve strong commercial results. This hands-on leadership role offers a full-time permanent position with a base plus gross profit share and EOY bonus of $170k+. Applicants must already be legally positioned to work in NZ.
