Job Summary
Lead a Wells Fargo branch as a sales and service leader in Western NOVA, accountable for acquiring, deepening, and retaining customer relationships to drive growth in primary checking, deposits, lending, credit cards, and investments through disciplined execution, coaching, and performance management. Build and develop a high-performing team, deliver tailored consumer and business solutions, collaborate with internal partners across Wealth & Investment Management, Business Banking, and Home Lending, and promote digital banking options. Participate in the Branch Manager Readiness Program to transition into leadership, and manage growth with strong operational risk oversight while traveling up to 50% during the initial placement period. This role requires a schedule that includes Saturdays and a strong emphasis on coaching, risk management, and customer-focused outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of banking, financial services, or Branch Network experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2+ years of leadership experience
