Job Summary
Lead and manage a Chase branch in Westchester North, NY, to grow deposits and investments while coaching a team to success. Drive performance using the Branch Scorecard, deliver exceptional client experiences, build community relationships, and maintain a strong risk and control environment in accordance with policies. Represent the branch and Chase culture, leverage technology to serve clients, and participate in Branch Manager Training with expected travel for in-person training and meetings. Requires scheduling flexibility including weekends and evenings; NMLS/Safe Act compliance is part of the role.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- You have the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
