Branch Manager

Branch Manager oversees branch operations, lending, and mobile branch coordination, supervising staff and ensuring regulatory compliance to drive deposit and loan growth, member service, and community engagement. Responsibilities include budgeting, policy development, risk controls, staff training and coaching, hiring, coordinating with the Risk department, and coordinating with the Vice President of Branch Experience. Requires knowledge of consumer lending products, FCRA/ECOA, and credit-union procedures, with travel to multiple branch locations and a focus on quality service and confidentiality. The role reports to the Vice President of Branch Experience and involves leadership, operational oversight, performance management, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
