Job Summary
Develop and execute the branch business plan aligned with company objectives while analyzing market, customer, and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities. Own the branch P&L, revenue, profitability, and gross margin, implementing strategies to improve financial performance and achieve quarterly net sales targets. Optimize inventory, resources, fleet, and operational processes to drive one-day installations and minimal service needs, while championing a 5-star customer experience across all branch operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, permitting, DOT, HR, and safety standards to foster a safety-first culture. Serve as the primary link between branch operations and division leadership, monitoring headcount, backlog, conversion, and key metrics including NSLI, Installed Revenue, and Accounts Receivable.
Required Qualifications
- Industry knowledge and a proven track record of success in the Construction and Home Improvement industry
- Demonstrated ability to analyze multiple ever-changing data points to develop strategies to overcome obstacles and keep the promises of our company to our customers
- Relentless focus on customer service
- Strong leadership capabilities with a focus on team success & employee engagement
- Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
