Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or foreign equivalent
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- Ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching skills
- Experience in growing deposits and investments
- Strong understanding of risk and control environments
- Ability to leverage technology to connect team, partners, and clients
