Job Summary
Develop and manage Weddle and Sons' Denver, Colorado location, overseeing business development, sales growth, recruiting, staff management, customer relationships, project oversight, and local administrative accountability. Grow the base of business in Denver and surrounding communities by cultivating relationships with homeowners, commercial property owners, real estate professionals, insurance agents, contractors, and community leaders. Manage oversight of estimating, sales, production coordination, customer satisfaction, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and local staff performance. Requires management experience in roofing or construction, strong leadership ability, and practical roofing knowledge. Willingness to work some early evenings or weekends as needed and travel occasionally for training.
Required Qualifications
- Management experience in roofing, construction, or a related industry
- Strong knowledge of roofing systems
- Demonstrated success in sales, business development, and growing customer relationships
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including a professional phone presence and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, employees, and business partners
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Ability to climb a ladder and walk roofs safely
- Valid U.S. issued driver's license and a clean driving record
- Willingness to work some early evenings or weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel occasionally for training or company initiatives
Desired Qualifications
