Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to achieve growth goals while driving business development and sales, particularly with small businesses. Grow deposits, originate loans, and expand client relationships through cross-selling additional services. Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and adhere to bank policies and procedures designed to comply with Federal regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act, USA Patriot Act, and OFAC regulations. Meet performance metrics and production goals while reflecting corporate values of integrity, teamwork, ownership, simplicity, discipline, and service. Conduct yourself in accordance with company ethics standards at all times.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in finance, business, or a related field
- 5+ years in banking
- at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
- prior sales or client relations experience
- Proven success in small business development, deposit/loan growth, and cross-selling
- Strong knowledge of banking regulations, compliance, and operational procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), keyboarding, and digital banking tools
- Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Must have valid driver's license
- ability to be bonded
