Job Summary

Manage and oversee all branch activities, including operations, customer service, sales, and regulatory compliance. Achieve branch sales, budget, and profitability goals by designing and implementing an annual marketing action plan. Proactively lead, mentor, and coach employees to identify financial needs, drive cross-selling, and expand the customer base. Ensure client retention and relationship expansion while maintaining strict adherence to federal and state banking laws and policies. Oversee human resources issues, promote staff through training and career planning, and monitor compliance with safety standards. Participate in community events to increase business opportunities. Requires a Bachelor's degree, 3-5+ years of branch management experience, and ability to travel. Some Saturday hours are required.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum of 3-5+ years experience managing branch employees and/or managing sales or operations of the branch
  • Ability to travel to various bank and/or client locations as needed
  • Some Saturday hours
  • Minimum absence requirement of one week each and every calendar year
  • Clear understanding of the English Language (Spoken & Written)
