Job Summary
Lead and manage all aspects of the Chase Branch in Woodland Hills, including growing deposits and investments, driving branch operations, coaching the team for success, and representing the brand with hospitality and integrity. Build and cultivate a high-performing team, foster community relationships with local businesses, ensure a strong risk and control environment, and promote the use of technology to serve clients. Requires leadership experience, a high school degree or equivalent, and the ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings. Training path includes completing the Branch Manager Training Program with travel for in-person sessions; position has regulatory considerations under Dodd-Frank/SAFE Act.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of management, Retail Banking, or equivalent Chase leadership experience
- You have a high school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
- The ability to work branch hours including weekends and evenings
