Branch Manager

Direct branch operations to ensure alignment with organizational goals, monitoring performance metrics and implementing corrective actions for gaps. Coach and develop Financial Service Representatives through ongoing education, performance evaluations, and daily supervision of scheduling and activities. Assist members with financial requests, including account openings, lending needs, and product inquiries, while resolving issues beyond authority by coordinating with management. Maintain compliance with credit union policies and regulatory requirements through regular activity reviews and report preparation. Manage branch resources and foster a collaborative, member-first culture that drives exceptional service and growth.
