Branch Manager

Job Summary
Lead branch operations to drive safety, productivity, customer service, and profitability. Oversee sales initiatives and business programs; prepare reports including profit and loss statements, monthly operating reviews, and budgets; manage personnel matters; ensure safety compliance with audits, training, OSHA, and DOT regulations; handle other duties as assigned. Build and motivate a team across sales, service, maintenance, and drivers to deliver excellent customer service and achieve branch profitability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Minimum 5 years of successful business management experience with profit and loss responsibility at a branch or other individual profit center
- Understanding of business accounting principles and budget preparation
- Strong sales and customer service experience required; outside sales experience preferred
- Effective leadership, motivational, organizational and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge and experience in the equipment rental industry preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
