Job Summary
Manage overall branch operations, staff, and profitability through daily supervision, performance coaching, and goal monitoring. Conduct business calling, sales programs, and loan interviews for consumer and real-estate applicants while maintaining a diversified deposit portfolio. Assist in creating the branch business plan, participating in hiring, on-boarding, and disciplinary actions to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Implement controls to protect the bank and actively engage in community relations to strengthen public image. Requires full-time Monday-Friday schedule with evening/weekend flexibility and up to 25% travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years banking experience
- Consumer/Residential lending experience
- Supervisory experience
- Good interpersonal communication and supervisory skills
- Thorough knowledge of Consumer and Small Business Lending Operations, Teller and CSR functions, bank products and services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change
- Background in financial operating policies and procedures, banking regulations (state and federal), employee development and public relations
- Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check
- NMLS # initial registration and annual renewal
- Fingerprinting
- Background checks
- Schedule flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Up to 25% travel
