Job Summary

Lead a team of associates in delivering Breakthrough Client Service and establishing the branch as the bank of choice in the local community. Develop new relationships and grow existing client relationships to attain established growth goals while ensuring the branch operates efficiently within operational guidelines. Manage and coach associate performance, develop staffing levels, and oversee branch P&L, portfolio management, and expenses. Achieve consistent satisfactory audit results through sound operational practices and partner with cross-functional leaders to provide meaningful client solutions. Act as a Bank MLO for open-end transactions only, including home equity lines of credit, and comply with all Federal, State, and local consumer protection laws.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associate's or Bachelor's, Vocational, or Technical Degree in banking, business, or related field or equivalent work experience
  • 3 years of previous banking experience
  • consumer lending experience
  • exposure to business lending origination experience
  • 2 years of management experience in banking or retail
  • team leadership experience

  • daily supervision experience
  • labor law compliance experience

  • termination experience
  • Extensive knowledge of banking products and services
  • demonstrated business acumen that enables solving consumer and small business banking challenges
