Branch Manager Trainee

Manage all aspects of sales and marketing in the branch territory, including overseeing dealer deliveries, entering customer orders, and planning sales growth. Handle inventory duties such as proper accounting, physical counts, damaged product reporting, and advising on overages or shortages. Lead the team by managing employee evaluations, recommending training, instructing on policies, and conducting quarterly meetings. Perform operational tasks like pulling orders from the warehouse, maintaining material handling equipment, and securing the building. Assist in hiring and termination of personnel while ensuring proper attendance reporting. Work Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 4:45pm with ten Saturday mornings annually. This trainee role requires time split between branches within a 75-mile radius and willingness to relocate. Complete 12 months of hands-on training to learn products, inventory systems, and leadership skills.
