Job Summary
Provide quality service to existing and prospective customers seeking loans while exercising lending authority to review, approve applications, and offer tailored loan solutions. Achieve consistent results by meeting individual and branch goals for product sales, managing policy exceptions, and resolving customer obstacles through proactive problem-solving. Assist management in daily task assignments, monitor branch expenses, and lead the team in the manager's absence by coordinating operations and performing relief assignments across markets. Actively retain accounts via inside sales calls and complete essential functions including collecting payments, processing applications, and cashiering. Must obtain applicable insurance licenses, relocate, and be available for seasonal Saturday hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or four (4) years of related experience in Consumer Lending and/or Financial Services industry can be substituted for college degree
- Military rank may also be substituted for a Bachelor's degree (e.g. E-4, W1, or O3 and above)
- Applicants MUST be willing to relocate
- have the availability to travel to surrounding branches when needed
- Reliable transportation
- Effective communication (written & oral)

- Ability to complete essential duties/functions in a timely, accurate manner

- Must obtain applicable, required licenses to sell insurance products offered to customers by the branch
- Must perform work related tasks at the assigned branch location except in the event of an emergency as determined by the company in consultation, as necessary, with applicable regulatory agencies

Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience
- Internship or work experience in the Consumer Lending or Financial Services industry
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish/English
