Branch Manager Trainee II

Job Summary
Training program to develop future branch managers across nine months. Phase I requires relocation. Phase II involves managing one phase of branch operations each month for nine consecutive months, creating monthly business plans for assigned activities, completing four independent relief assignments in different branches, supervising monthly activities of all branch associates, and traveling with the Divisional Branch Coordinator on at least one full Branch Supervision. Requires relocation willingness, overnight travel, and strong written/verbal communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook/Office 365) and familiarity with Windows OS and internet protocols. Internal candidates only with an EE rating on the last performance evaluation. Educational preference given to college degree and bilingual (Spanish/English) abilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required, college degree preferred
- No more than 2 years consumer finance industry work experience
- Applicants MUST be able to relocate within 45 miles or surrounding 4 to 6 branch locations and have the availability to travel overnight
- Extended periods of overnight travel may be required
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be competent in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook/Office 365
- Must be familiar with Windows operating systems, web-based applications and internet protocol
