Job Summary
Model safe work behaviors and establish recruiting requirements to build the new team across equipment, parts, and service operations. Engage with marketing for local promotions, lead sales teams to achieve business goals, and collaborate on yearly branch objectives aligned with Toromont's three-year journey. Proactively develop customer relationships, optimize cash flow with the Credit Team, and track assets to meet ROA targets. Provide administrative guidance to managers, implement continuous improvements, and coach staff to maintain high engagement. Requires 5+ years in heavy equipment leadership, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel for extended stays. Full-time contract role with competitive total rewards and flexible scheduling across Eastern Canada locations.
