Job Summary
Lead, coach, and develop branch staff to ensure high performance while overseeing daily operations for efficiency and compliance. Manage branch budgets, monitor financial performance, and prepare regular performance reports. Develop and execute strategic plans for branch growth by implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and analyzing market trends. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive outstanding results. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Finance and a minimum of six years of branch management experience in F&B. Located in Akkar, Lebanon, the position is full-time with competitive compensation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 6 years of branch management experience in F&B
